Stiva 360°
Our buildings are designed to be resilient, incorporating efficient construction materials, wastewater treatment, energy efficiency, renewable energy generation, and other key features.
Design
We seek the “A” Distinction of Todo Accesible in 11 facilities.
We are the first industrial developer to pursue the “A” Distinction from the design stage of our facilities.

We are pursuing the "Distintivo A" certification from Todo Accesible for 11 buildings.
We are the first industrial developer to seek the "Distintivo A" certification starting from the design phase of the buildings.

We are pursuing LEED certification for 12 buildings.
